Secretariat of the Office of the President
The Secretariat of the Office of the President performs expert, analytical, technical, administrative and legal tasks related to the execution of constitutional and legal powers and responsibilities of the President of the Republic and the Office of the President of the Republic; coordinates the work of the organizational components of the Office of the President; performs tasks related to the financial planning needs of the Office of the President; performs professional, legal and administrative tasks related to the regulation of the labour rights and obligations of the officials, civil servants and employees of the Office of the President; performs tasks related to the planning and recruitment of new employees; performs personnel management and manages professional development of personnel; supports the work of the Office of the President through information technology; performs tasks related to investment and current repairs and maintenance of buildings and office space managed by the Office of the President; procures goods, works and services according to the needs of the Office of the President; and performs other tasks by order of the President of the Republic and the Head of Office.
