President Milanović Visits Facilities of AD Plastik Group

“AD Plastik is a company that exports 100% of its products. They don’t have clients in Croatia. If this were a widespread practice in Croatia, it would be even more economically stable,” the President of the Republic Zoran Milanović said today after visiting AD Plastik Group, a company that specializes in the development and production of automotive components. 

AD Plastik Group is a leading company in Croatia and one of the leading companies in Eastern Europe for the development and production of car interior and exterior components. According to the company, it produces more than ten million automotive components annually, which are exported to 24 countries around the world. AD Plastik Group’s products can be found in over 80 vehicle models of the most renowned car manufacturers in the world, such as Renault, Ford, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, Opel, Suzuki, Bentley, Maserati, Dacia and others.

AD Plastik Group is a multinational company based in Solin that employs around 2,000 workers. According to the company, the business has been based on tradition, experience and expertise for more than 35 years, and is focused on customer needs, maintaining high quality and reliability, as well as competitiveness on the global automotive market.

During his visit, President Milanović toured the company’s injection moulding plant and dyeing facility and held a meeting with the company’s management, including AD Plastik Management Board Chairman Marinko Došen, Management Board member for sales and projects Mladen Peroš, Management Board member for production, logistics and quality Zlatko Bogadi, Management Board member for finance, accounting and controlling Josip Divić, and Communication Adviser Lori Vitaljić.

President Milanović was accompanied by the Special Adviser to the President of the Republic for the Economy Velibor Mačkić.
