President Milanović to Pay Official Visit to the Kingdom of Norway

The President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović, accompanied by his spouse, Prof. Sanja Musić Milanović, will pay a two-day official visit to the Kingdom of Norway on Tuesday and Wednesday, 29-30 April 2025. At the Royal Palace in Oslo, the capital of Norway, President Milanović and his spouse will meet with King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway.

During the visit, President Milanović will also meet with the Prime Minister of Norway, Jonas Gahr Støre, and the Speaker of the Norwegian Parliament, Masud Gharahkhani. The discussions in the Government and Parliament will focus on bilateral relations between the two countries, security and defense cooperation, the current security and political situation in Europe, the war in Ukraine, and the situation in Southeast Europe.

On the first day of his visit, President Milanović will meet in Oslo with members of the Croatian community and representatives of associations that unite Croats in Norway. At a reception organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in the Kingdom of Norway, President Milanović will present decorations and recognitions to individuals and associations who have made significant contributions to the development of Croatian-Norwegian relations and the preservation of Croatian identity.
