President Milanović Signs Book of Condolences for Miroslav Ćiro Blažević: He was one and unique

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović today signed the Book of Condolences that was opened in the Croatian Football Federation’s Multimedia Centre in Zagreb following the death of legendary Croatian football coach Miroslav Ćiro Blažević.

“He was one and unique. I was fortunate to have known him and have interesting conversations with him. [He was] always benevolent. Never boring. Until the last day. And once he is gone, it will be remembered who Ćiro was,” President Milanović wrote in the Book of Condolences opened for Miroslav Ćiro Blažević, who died on Wednesday at the age of 87 after a long battle with an illness.
