President Milanović Receives Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain Pedro Sánchez Pérez-Castejón

The President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović received Pedro Sánchez Pérez-Castejón, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain, who is on his first official visit to the Republic of Croatia. President Milanović and Prime Minister Sánchez discussed in the Office of the President bilateral relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Kingdom of Spain, developments in Southeast Europe and the EU perspective of countries in that region.

Attending the meeting alongside the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain were Alonso Dezcallar de Mazarredo, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Croatia, Juan Gonzalez-Barba Pera, State Secretary for the European Union, Aurora Mejía Errasquín, Head of the Directorate for the European Union and Carmen Pérez, Head of the Directorate for International Information at the State Secretariat for Communication.

Joining President Milanović at the meeting were Orsat Miljenić, Head of the Office of the President of the Republic, Bartol Šimunić, Head of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, Neven Pelicarić, Adviser to the President of the Republic for Foreign and European Policy, Nives Malenica, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to the Kingdom of Spain and Andreja Metelko-Zgombić, State Secretary for Europe at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.
