President Milanović Receives Keys to the City of Punta Arenas

The President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović continued his Official visit to the Republic of Chile in Punta Arenas, city in southern Chile. There President Milanović met with the Governor of the Magallanes Region Jorge Mauricio Flies Añón, the Delegate of the President of the Republic of Chile for the Magallanes y la Antártica Chilena Region Luza Andrea Bermúdez Sandoval and the Mayor of Punta Arenas Claudio Radonich Jiménez.

Mayor Claudio Radonich Jiménez bestowed upon President Milanović the keys to the City of Punta Arenas.

Attending the meeting alongside President Milanović were the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic Orsat Miljenić, the Adviser to the President for Foreign and European Policy Neven Pelicarić, Member of the Croatian Parliament and Head of the Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group Croatia-Chile Natalija Martinčević and the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Chile Mira Martinec.

In the continuation of his stay in Punta Arenas, President Milanović will visit the Punta Arenas Club Croata (Croatian Club) where he will watch in the company of Croatian emigrants the Croatian National Football Team’s World Cup semi-final match in Qatar.
