President Milanović Meets with Milorad Dodik: Croatia welcomes agreements that ensure the equality of the three peoples in BiH and the country’s stability

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović met today with the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik. At a working meeting on the island of Hvar, President Milanović and Mr. Dodik discussed the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its relations with its neighbour, the Republic of Croatia. In this context, the two leaders especially discussed the need for establishing functional and efficient government in BiH that will ensure the equal participation of the legitimate representatives of all three constituent peoples. Mr. Dodik informed President Milanović about the talks and processes that are attempting to resolve the institutional and political crisis in BiH, and they agreed that this is necessary for the well-being of all three peoples in BiH, as well as for accelerating the European integration of BiH. The Republic of Croatia supports and welcomes all the agreements of the legitimate political representatives of the three peoples in BiH which ensure their equality, the stability of BiH and its European path.
