President Milanović Meets with Members of the Croatian Business and Scientific Community in New York City
During his stay in New York City, where he took part in the 76th Session of the UN General Assembly, the President of the Republic Zoran Milanović held a meeting with members of the Croatian business and scientific community at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Croatia to the United Nations.
At the meeting in New York City, members of the Croatian business and scientific community informed President Milanović of their activities aimed at forging connections among Croats who reside in the New York City area and bolstering ties with Croatia. In their conversation with President Milanović, they gave suggestions on how to improve these links and offered their assistance in the affirmation of Croatia in New York City and the United States. Members of the Croatian business and scientific community expressed their satisfaction with the meeting and the respect shown towards them by Croatia’s public institutions.
