President Milanović Meets with Association of Croatian Entrepreneurs (UHP) in Vienna
The President of the Republic of Croatia met with representatives of the Association of Croatian Entrepreneurs (UHP) during his stay in Vienna, after participating in the Austrian World Summit and following bilateral talks with the President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Čaputová and the President of the Republic of Austria Dr. Alexander Van der Bellen.
“I am glad that I came to meet you, to hear about what you are doing and to express my support. Austria is very close to us in a number of things; it is a very successful country and one of the best organized countries in the European Union and the world. It doesn’t have a sea and isn’t large, so obviously (the people) have an understanding of how to successfully organize a state, society and economy. They are advanced in terms of ecology and transition to new forms of energy, which is something that awaits us,” President Milanović said at the meeting.
The Vienna-based Association of Croatian Entrepreneurs (UHP) has been active since 2011 and its efforts focus on networking, as well as promoting cooperation between its members and partners locally and globally. It has more than 150 members who are building a large business network aimed at providing long-term support to entrepreneurs who strive to be even more successful.
