President Milanović Appoints Major General Denis Tretinjak Director of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces

At the proposal of the Chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Tihomir Kundid, and with the consent of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Ivan Anušić, the President of the Republic of Croatia and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces Zoran Milanović has reached Decisions on the Appointment and Assignment of Officers to Organizational Positions in the Croatian Armed Forces.

Major General Denis Tretinjak is assigned to the position of director of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces. Brigadier general Ivan Raos is assigned to the position of head of Operations Command of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces. Colonel Branimir Tojčić is assigned to the position of head of the Planning Directorate of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces. Colonel Robert Suntešić is assigned to the position of head of the Personnel Directorate of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces. Colonel Mile Vukičević is appointed to the position of commander of Support Command.

The Decisions on Appointments and Assignments come into force on 15 March 2025.
