12:25 - The President of the Republic will visit Opatija, on the occasion of celebrations marking the 180th anniversary of organized tourism in the coastal town, and hold a working meeting with representatives of Opatija’s municipal government (“Vila Angiolina,” Park Angiolina 1)

NOTE: The President’s arrival in Opatija is planned at 12 o’clock, in front of the swimming area “Slatina” (Perivoj Slatina). Accompanied by his host, the President of the Republic will proceed to “Villa Angiolina” using the promenade by the sea.

KLEK MOUNTAIN

11:00 - The President of the Republic will attend a celebration of the 150th anniversary of organized mountaineering in Croatia (Mountain lodge on Klek) The President of the Republic will deliver an address

NOTE: The ascent on Klek Mountain will begin at 10 o’clock at the start of the mountaineering path towards “Klek” Mountain Lodge at Bjelsko. The “Gama Lov” Hunting Lodge (Potok Musulinski, Bjelsko) can be reached by car, while the “Klek” Mountain Lodge can only be reached on foot.

15:30 - The President of the Republic will visit Pregrada on the occasion of marking Municipal Day and attend the traditional event “Easter Holster of Kostel” (“Kostelska uskrsna pištola”) (in front of the Chapel of St. Stephen in Bregi Kostelski) NOTE: The President of the Republic will join the solemn procession of historical units and local residents to the Chapel of St. Stephen, in front of which the “Easter Holster of Kostel” will take place.

13:00 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will attend a ceremony marking the 32nd anniversary of the foundation of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO). On the occasion, the President of the Republic will present the Order of Nikola Šubić Zrinski to the Croatian Defence Council’s brigade for the prowess of its members in the Homeland War (“Fra Lujo Marun” Student Residence, Kralja Krešimira 22) The President of the Republic will deliver an address

16:30 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will participate in a solemn procession commemorating the 32nd anniversary of the largest military and police operation of the 107th Croatian Army Brigade, Operation Baranja (from the 107th Croatian Army Brigade Bridge to the Memorial to the fallen members of the 107th Croatian Army Brigade)

17:30 - The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces will lay a wreath and light a candle at the Memorial to the fallen members of the 107th Croatian Army Brigade, on the left bank of the Drava River (Baranja)
