Spouse of the President Sanja Musić Milanović Visits Montenegrin National Theatre on World Theatre Day

The spouse of the President, Prof. Sanja Musić Milanović, PhD, who is on an official visit to Montenegro alongside the President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović, has attended a performance of the drama “Princess Xenia of Montenegro“ in the Montenegrin National Theatre in the company of the spouse of the President of Montenegro Milena Milatović.

The performance of the drama “Princess Xenia of Montenegro“ by author Radmila Vojvodić in the Montenegrin National Theatre marked World Theatre Day. The spouses of the Presidents of Croatia and of Montenegro attended one of the most performed plays in the history of the Montenegrin Theatre, which premiered in 1994.

World Theatre Day is marked on 27 March with the aim of promoting theatre art and highlighting its importance in society. This day was established by the International Theatre Institute (ITI) in 1961.
