Envoy of the President of the Republic Orsat Miljenić Participates in Observance of Pula Municipal Day
Today, Orsat Miljenić, Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia, took part in a special session of the Pula City Council as the envoy of the President of the Republic, Zoran Milanović. The session commemorated the 79th anniversary of the liberation of Pula and Pula Municipal Day.
During his address at the special session, the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic commended the leadership of Pula for their effective city management and emphasized that Pula is developing in the right direction. He remarked that Pula is a desirable place to live. Additionally, he discussed European Union funds, highlighting that these resources belong to Croatia and stressing the necessity of utilizing all available opportunities from the Union.
In addition to the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic, Marija Marković-Nikolovski, the President of the Pula City Council, Filip Zoričić, the Mayor of Pula, and Tulio Demetlika, Deputy Istria County Prefect, also delivered speeches at the special session.
