Section for General Public Enquiries
The Section for General Public Enquiries performs:
- expert and administrative tasks related to citizens’ petitions and complaints;
- tasks of preparing decisions within its scope made by the President of the Republic;
- tasks related to drafting general official documents within its scope;
- expert and administrative tasks related to the receipt of requests for pardon;
- expert and administrative tasks related to recognitions that are bestowed by the President of the Republic;
- tasks related to drafting documentation needed for the procurement of recognitions; attends to their procurement and archiving;
- tasks related to keeping records of civil recognitions that were bestowed;
- tasks related to the continuous monitoring of positive legal regulations in the Republic of Croatia within its scope; and performs other tasks by order of the Head of Cabinet and the Head of Office.
