President Milanović Receives Mario Karamatić, President of HSS of BIH and Member of Croatian National Assembly of BIH

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović received today Mario Karamatić, president of the Croatian Peasant Party (Hrvatska seljačka stranka HSS) of Bosnia and Herzegovina and member of the Presidency of the Croatian National Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

President Milanović and Mr. Karamatić discussed the status of Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and agreed that the Croats in BIH, as an equal and constituent people, must be permanently guaranteed legitimate representation in all institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the Presidency of BIH. In the Office of the President they also discussed the process of formation of the government following the general elections that were held in BIH.

Mr. Karamatić thanked President Milanović on behalf of the Croatian National Assembly for everything he has done thus far and for what he is doing in the interest of Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the aim of achieving their rights as an equal and constituent people of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Alongside Mr. Karamatić at the meeting was Mr. Ivan Lukenda.
