President Milanović’s Greetings for Jewish Rosh Hashanah Holiday

The President of the Republic Zoran Milanović sent greetings to the citizens of Jewish faith on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah. The message reads:

“Congratulations to all the citizens of Jewish faith in the Republic of Croatia on Rosh Hashanah. For the forthcoming Jewish holidays of Yom Kippur and Sukkot and the coming year I wish much health and happiness, may you spend them in peace and joy. And as the traditional greeting goes: ‘Leshana tovah tikatev v’tichatem’ meaning ‘May you be written and sealed for a good year!’”
